Forgiveness

Choosing forgiveness over hurt and bitterness makes life so much easier. Often times when we are hurt or in pain we choose to hold on to the anger, simply because we don’t understand why someone would do such things or why would they hurt us we ask ourselves, whatever the reason may be we must forgive. Forgiveness is not for the other person, it is for us. Sometimes we have to forgive ourselves for a mistake we made but we must not hold on to the pain because it can make us bitter and closed off from the next person that may come into our lives.

Forgive yourself, forgive others, open yourself up to others. No matter how bad someone may have done you.. always be open to forgiveness and kindness towards the world because when you do you’ll feel 4 times better. Keep growing, keep evolving, and keep your head up. PS I’m not saying you can’t feel your emotions but don’t dwell on them. It’s okay to feel angry, hurt, disappointed, or even confused but don’t forget to pick yourself up and keep moving forward.
